From reading my previous posts, one would get the impression that my opinion that today’s society, as a whole, may be beyond redemption. Guess what…
YOU ARE CORRECT!!!!
As a whole, I believe large sectors of society today will not change and is leading those who embrace it into self inflicted destruction.
That does not mean that all are doomed. Far from it. There are some of us who oppose today’s trends. We still believe that God’s Natural Law takes precedence over man’s “Positive Law”. Of course, that means that we open ourselves up to criticism and even persecution for standing up for the Truth.
Hollywood likes to portray a vision of a “post-apocalyptic” society of total chaos ran by barbaric tribes or gangs. In their version, this society is caused by a nuclear war. The reality is that war will not be the cause but the continual and incessant denigration of society by the perversions of the Secular Relativist.
Pray that is does not happen, but I doubt it can be stopped without direct intervention from God.

I do not know if society (man) is beyond redemption, it really is not mine to say…although my feelings parallel those of the author. My favourite devotion is Divine Mercy. I have read the 700 Diary at least three times. I take consolation in what Jesus says in bringing the most hardened sinners to Him as no one really prays for them. It also says the wrath of God the Father is held back by Faustina herself and in different apparitions, Our Lady. This is a sobering reality.
In the book, we read that there will be a Polish Pope that would come and prepare the world for the End Days. Back in Faustina’s day, there were only Italian Popes. Little did one know that we would experience a Polish one! So the prophecy was correct….and we are being prepared for the end times as it were. And yet man has still more time to pervert himself. Animal/human embryos, same sex marriage, abortion on demand, AIDS, etc etc etc.
One of the greatest solutions is to pray the Divine Mercy, the rosary, etc. for the intentions of those who have turned their backs on the Lord. We can also write letters, voice our concern, etc. This would be part of evangelizing. We will be criticized and laughed at…that is when we know that we are truly following Jesus: if the world hates us (Bishop Sheen).
