Maybe there is a Bright Lining in the Economic Crisis
While reading my normal internet sites for news (I rarely watch the news on TV due to the morbid spin), I came across this article:
Pope: crisis helps restore simplicity to Christmas
It kind of ties in to my previous blog entry: “Getting Back to the True Meaning of Christmas“, but in a different perspective. With people spending less, more emphasis will be put on the true meaning of Christmas.
Hopefully, this will be a step towards sanity and away from the perverse Materialism that has enveloped the world.
