The Fruits of My Spiritual Growth
It is amaizing how much I have changed in the past couple of years (essentially since joining the Confraternity of the Holy Guardian Angels. I am much more calm that I was before. Take tonight for example:
The pipes froze in the apartment across the hall due to the heat not on in the vacant apartment (my old apartment) below it. Guess what? Pipes broke in the bathroom and flooded both apartments downstairs. No damage in the upper apartments where I live.
Water had to be turned off. Cannot take a shower. Hopefully they will have it fixed in time for me to take a shower. If not, I will go over to work and take a shower there in the workout room.
If this happened a couple of years ago, I would be annoyed especially since I am leaving on a trip soon. Now, I just figure out alternatives that will get me by until it is fixed.
